SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of making the order. It will depend on the payment method chosen. If payment is made by credit card or by PayPal, shipping will be much faster. If however you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will not be processed until we have received payment (it usually takes about 48 hours)
In the event that a product appeared on the page with stock 0 you could buy it. If the product is sold out, you receive an email during the buying period in which you will be informed of the estimated delivery time for the product. If you do not agree we will proceed to doing a refund
Once the order has been confirmed delivery will depend on the address. In theory and with the exception of unexpected incidences, delivery times will be the following:
· For the peninsula, the delivery will take no more than 5 working days (Normally we take 1-2 working days to deliver at the address you provided)
· For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla delivery will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days.
· For international shipping please contact us through our e-mail pedidos@janandfriends.com and we will make a detailed study of delivery times.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for possible delays in delivery caused by the courier service.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping is free for purchases above 90 euro within the peninsula and 120 euro to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
International shipments will be subject to rate.

Exceptions apply to certain products marked in the list as furniture (in this case please inquire).
The following rates apply for smaller orders:
· Flat rate 7 euro for peninsula (IVA included).
· Rate of 12 euro for the Balearic Islands (IVA included).
· Rate of 12 euro for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
· For international shipping please contact us through our e-mail pedidos@janandfriends.com and we will send you a personalized rate for the order and for the delivery date.
The rates contained in this document do not include all taxes and / or costs of customs clearance, taxes, duties etc. for Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and non-EU destinations. Taxes on arrival will be paid by the addressee.
DELIVERY
2 delivery attempts are included. In the event that no one is present the first time to receive the package, MRW has agreed to try a second time without additional costs.
If in the end the delivery cannot be made, a notice will be left (as long as access is possible) with information about the office where you can pick up the package. If the client does not come to the office to pick up the package or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse after a period of 15 days has passed.
However, before reaching the deadline indicated we will again try to get in touch with you to try to complete the delivery. In this case the costs will be borne by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For international destinations one delivery attempt is made. If the customer is absent a note will be left with information about the office where you can collect the package. If the customer does not come to the office to pick up the package or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse after a period of 7 days has passed. There is no Saturday delivery option.
No deliveries will be made to PO box numbers.
PACKAGING
We offer the possibility to gift wrap your chosen products, provided the products are small such as toys, accessories, clothing ... hence the possibility of packaging large items such as furniture, pushchairs is not included ...
We also offer the possibility to attach a personalized message on a gift card which you can also buy from us.
The service charge is 2 euro, it includes a handmade gift card and envelope.
